ALL GIRLS FOOTBALL CLINIC

Event Details:
USA Football and the Cleveland Browns have joined forces to host the 'All Girls Football Clinic' at the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, OH alongside the U.S. Women's National Tackle Football Team. Which is led by Head Coach, Callie Brownson (Cleveland Browns Chief of Staff & Assistant Wide Receivers Coach).

USWN Tackle team Players & Coaches will offer tips and hands-on instruction, including lectures, fundamental football skill stations, contests and non-contact games in a high-energy, fun environment. This clinic is open to girls ages 8-14 and is great for athletes of all skill levels, whether they are new to the game or have been playing for years.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event or activity referenced above (the "event"), I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2) The risk of communicable diseases, including novel coronavirus and associated disease ("COVID-19"), from participation in this program and contact with others, is significant and outside of the control of the Releasees;

3) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

4) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

5) I willing agree to comply with all COVID-19 protocols that are in place in connection with the event or activity, and if I test positive for and show any symptoms of COVID-19, I will notify the Browns and not participate in the event or activity; and

6) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Cleveland Browns Football Company LLC, its affiliates, owners, and each of their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, including in connection with COVID-19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
